Fried Cauliflower recipe

It can be hard to find a recipe to make that pleases your entire family. It seems that almost every family has at least one picky eater in the bunch and this makes it very difficult for a person to find things to make for dinner that they know everyone will enjoy eating. This is what is so great about this fried cauliflower recipe. You will find that it is a real crowd pleaser and most people really enjoy it. Another great thing about it is that it is pretty simple for you to prepare.

Ingredients List:

2 eggs
1 head of cauliflower cored and separated to small flowerets
1/2 tsp of salt
3 tbsp of milk
1 tbsp of cumin seed, whole
1/4 tsp of turmeric
1/4 cup of peanut oil
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:

You will want to begin by steaming the cauliflower for about 5 minutes. Once it has been steaming for five minutes, you can drain the water from it. Now you are going to combine the eggs, milk, turmeric, salt, and pepper. Then you will want to put the cumin seeds into an ungreased skillet and toast them over a medium-heat. You will want to shake the skillet until the seeds turn a deep brown color & begin to pop. Once you notice them popping, remove them from heat. Now you are going to add half of the seeds to the egg mixture. Save the rest and set it aside. Now you will heat the oil in a large skillet and then dip the flowerets into the egg mixture. Go ahead and fry in several batches until they are browned on both sides. Now you will sprinkle with the remaining cumin seed and add your salt & pepper.

If you have invited friends or relatives over for dinner, you will want to make sure that you serve this dish to them. It will probably be something that they haven't tasted before, but they will wish that they had. You will be able to impress them with your cooking skills and serve them with a meal which is both great tasting and satisfying.
