Creamy Cauliflower recipe

Ingredients List:
1 medium sized head of cauliflower, broken into flowerets
A pinch of salt
3 tbsp of butter
2 tbsp of flour
2 cups of milk
A dash of pepper to taste
A dash of cayenne pepper, optional
Directions:
The first thing that you will want to do is to take a large saucepan and boil some salted water, place the cauliflower in the water and cook the cauliflower until it is just tender. Now you are going to take a separate 1-quart saucepan and melt the butter in it. Add in the flour and stir it over a medium low heat until it is smooth and nicely blended. Go ahead and gradually add in the milk. Make sure that you stir it constantly. Cook it until it is thickened and nice and smooth. Now you will want to season it to taste the way you want it to taste. Once it is done you will want to take the sauce and pour it on top of the cauliflower.
