Cauliflower Casserole recipe

1 large cauliflower, broken into flowerets
6 tbsp of butter
1/4 cup of flour
1 tsp salt
2 cups of milk
2 tbsp of mustard
1/2 cup of soft bread crumbs
1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese
Directions:
You will want to start by cooking the cauliflower in some boiling salted water until it is crisp and tender, this will take about 6 minutes. Now you are going to drain the cauliflower and transfer it to a lightly buttered 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Take out a small saucepan and melt 3 tablespoons of butter. Now you will blend in flour and salt. Make sure that you stir it until it is smooth and bubbly. You will gradually add in milk, stirring it constantly. Continue cooking it and stirring it until the sauce is thick and smooth, this takes about 3 minutes. Now go ahead and stir in the mustard. Now you will pour the sauce over the cauliflower in the casserole.
Melt the remaining butter in a saucepan and add in the bread crumbs to coat it. Then you are going to sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the entire casserole and finally top it with the buttered bread crumbs. Place the casserole into your oven and bake it at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes, or until it is bubbly and browned.
